Chestnut

Like other nuts chestnuts are caloric surpass among all known products of plant origin. A distinctive feature of chestnuts is content of less fat than in walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. Furthermore, their composition is up to 3% minerals, 2.5-3.5% fiber, vitamins A, C and group B. Chestnut is a great component of vegetarian diet.
