"Jamón Serrano" is a cured pork leg. For the production of jamon, specially prepared and selected pork legs are used. The preparation of jamon takes at least 7 months, which includes curing with sea salt, drying and aging under specially selected places. As a result of all this, the most delicate meat is obtained, which literally melts in the mouth. The traditional technology of making jamon is considered the national treasure of Spain.
