- Pan-seared shrimp
- Greens
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Avocado
- Onion
- Sliced almonds
- medium-sized ground salt and pepper
Step 1
Gently warm the shrimps. Or, if You prefer, serve the shrimp chilled.
Step 2
Toss the shrimp with the greens in a large bowl.
Step 3
Lightly drizzle with olive oil, and if desired, some of the sauce remaining from the shrimp and toss lightly to coat.
Step 4
Add the avocado, onion and sliced almonds and then season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
