Chinese pear

The Chinese pear is a hybrid of an apple and a pear, so this fruit takes its beneficial qualities from two fruits. The fruits are usually very sweet, slightly sour, with delicate floral notes. The shades of the skin of ripe Chinese pears can vary: from light yellowish to brown. Chinese pear contains vitamin C, K, B9 (folic acid), potassium and copper; it is noted for its high content of antioxidants.
