Gauda cheese "Brandenburger Tor"

Gouda is an orange cheese made from cow's milk. About ten percent of the cheese are curds. Gouda is good as a table cheese and for snacks and grilling. This cheese is great for eating with crackers and fruit and a glass of red or white wine to wash it down.
