Parmesan cheese "Zanetti Parmegiano Reggiano"

Parmesan is the hardest cheese. The production of this cheese annually starts on April 1st and ends on November 11th. The rest 36 months this product ripens. It contains no artificial additives and small amounts of cholesterol. This cheese is not recommended in cases of hypertension and heart and vascular diseases. Grated Parmesan is used as dressing for pasta and salads.
