Tropical avocado

Tropical avocado is a particularly large, round-shaped variety of avocado that is grown in Chile, the Dominican Republic and Brazil. Avocado is the most calorific fruit, rich in minerals, microelements and vitamins, especially B and E. Still the fat, contained in avocado is easily digested, due to the high content of unsaturated fatty acids. Usually its is used spread on a slice of bread, as well as a snack with prawn, mushrooms and other fillings in soups and salads.
