Parmesan cheese "Mildar" 220g

This cheese is part of a unique line of naturally ripened semi-hard and hard cheeses. This Belarusian variety is produced according to a unique recipe from fresh cow's milk. At least three layers of latex are applied on top, forming a thin impermeable film, which promotes the slow release of moisture from the cheese and the natural ripening process. It has a soft creamy taste and a delicate milky aftertaste.
