Dry-cured lombo "Solemici"

Pork meat aged according to classic Italian recipes. The meat is moderately salty and slightly sweet in taste, tender and aromatic. The secret of the recipe lies in the preparation: after thorough salting and covering with spices, the meat is aged according to traditional technology for at least 120 days.
